As an owner of a vacation rental website, your goal is to keep visitors on your site for as long as possible before completing the task set out for them (i.e. making an inquiry or booking a reservation).

When it comes to rental inquiries, you ideally don’t want to just give them your email address as a method of contact, since you risk loosing their attention between the point of leaving your site and sending their email. They may end up not sending you email inquiry in the end.

With our new ‘Contact form’ widget, however, visitors to your website will be able to submit inquiries directly from your webpage without having to leave your site.  You will receive all website inquiries by email through your Ravant account.

We have now added the ability for owners to place an embedded map directly in their vacation rentals websites (See demo below).

All you need to do is simply copy the code we provide into your website and the map will be created for you automatically.

By placing the map directly in your webpage, you will benefit by keep visitors on your website for a longer period of time, rather than sending them away to a 3rd party mapping website (such as GoogleMaps).

Customize map dimensions
What’s great about embedding these maps is that you could easily adjust its dimensions. You may choose from some default dimensions, in addition to setting you own custom width and height.

For example, you may want to choose a narrower width when placing your map on the sidebar.

Get started
Setting up your map is easy, simply click on the ‘Area map’ link in the ‘Marketing’ section on your ‘My account’ page.
